Moi!
So...if you've made it here, then you're looking to know a little bit more about me. So I guess I'd better tell you some more! :) My name is Jennifer and I'm 28 years young. Or as I read somewhere...28 years experienced! :) Anyway, I live in Eugene, Oregon, a beautiful city of about 140,000 people - in the Willamette Valley. Eugene, is the home of the University of Oregon...GO DUCKS!!! I moved to Eugene, almost 10 years ago when I began attending the UO. Where I studied music education. My course study, has helped me immensely in my current profession, at JCPenney. |

She works hard for her money...
That's right...JCPenney. Not exactly my life's career goal, but I'm employeed! I worked for a long time full-time at the Switchboard, but that has changed a bit since I last updated!! I now work on the pricing team, most of the time, and still do a bit of time on the switchboard. It's ok - I still don't love it, but it's better than nothing! :) I've been thinking lately about going back to school and studying nursing, hopefully to be a pediatric oncology nurse someday!! I'll keep you posted on all that! :)
The rest of the story...
I've lived in Oregon my entire life. And I love it here. I love the beach especially. Most of my family is here in Oregon too -although there are some that are in other parts of the country! :) My family rocks my dog! Although I don't have a dog. So, I guess...my family rocks my cat! :) I have a mom and a dad, who are pretty darn neato. Two older sibs - and a younger brother too. My older sister, Tracey is married - and has 13 year old twins, Evan and Anya. They live in the Seattle area, and play a lot of sports! And my big bro, Kevin is married - and has 2 daughters. Lynsey is 11 and Lauryn is 8. This branch of the Cooper's live in the Philadelphia area! I love being Aunt Jennifer to my 4 crazy nieces and nephew! My younger brother, Brian, lives in Portland, and is about to start school at Portland State. I am also VERY involved with several organizations that help families of children with life threatening or life long illnesses. We help their familes and also raise awareness for childhood cancer! As well as a team leader for the National Friends of Allie team, for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night walk. If you'd like more information about the work I do with these groups, PLEASE don't hesitate to ask! I have a really rad boyfriend named Brandon. He and I have been dating almost a year now - I'm pretty darn glad to have him around. He's a good guy. ;) God certainly blessed me by bringing him into my life!! :) So, this is a little about me...you'll probably learn more about me by looking at my pictures than you did reading all of these words!!!
